Apple Sheet Cake

Ingredients

Shell

6 cups flour

2 cups sugar

½ teaspoon salt

1 ½ teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs

1 lb. margarine

2 ½ teaspoon baking powder

Filling

2 large can Comstock sliced apple

Cinnamon

Dash lemon

1 Tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Mix the shell ingredients. Keep 1/2 of the dough for a crumb-like topping.

Press remaining dough into the bottom of cooking sheet like a crust.

Drain apples mix cinnamon, lemon, sugar, and vanilla

Add to the cooking sheet.

Bake at 350 for 55 minutes
