Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

1 pound of short ribs trim fat if needed

3 can of Contadina crushed tomato

1 can of sclafani plum tomato

Basil

Oregano

Salt

Red Pepper

Baking Powder

Instructions

Brown ribs with a piece of garlic in olive oil

Once browned pour 3 can of Contadina crushed tomato’s in pot

1 can of sclafani plum tomato. Crush with your hands

Put a little bit of basil

Pinch of oregano, salt, red pepper

Make sure you stir but bring sauce to boil on low to medium heat

Then put about 1 tablespoon of baking powder into the sauce to take out the acid


If you are making meat balls, once the meat balls are done put them in after all the acid is out and have them cook on low heat for about 20m mins
