Chicken Florentine

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings


½ cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced

1tbs butter

2 tbs cornstarch

1 13 ¾ oz. can chicken broth

¼ tsp dried basil leaves

½ cup shredded mozzarella

1 ½ cup cooked chicken strips

4 oz. chopped fresh spinach

1 cup tomatoes

Hot cooked pasta

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat cook onion and garlic in margarine until tender about 5 mins. Stir in cornstarch mix in broth and basil. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens, stir in cheese until melted. Add chicken spinach and tomatoes cover and cook 1 min or until heated through. Serve over pasta
