Ingredients

1 lb. meat per person - cut into two strips

1 lemon squeezed

1 large onion chopped

Instructions

Brown at 450 for ½ hour


Rib Sauce

Salt and pepper

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon celery seed

¼ cup brown sugar

¼ cup white vinegar

¼ cup mor. Sauce

1 cup ketchup

1 cup water

Couple drops of Tabasco

350 for 1 ½ hours
