Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts split, skinned and boned

3 slices Swiss cheese cut in half

2 tablespoons butter

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/4 cup Milk

Chopped Parsley

Fresh Mushrooms

Instructions

Stir together: 1 can cream of chicken soup, ¼ cup of milk

Chopped parsley fresh mushrooms flatten breast put cheese on top brown chicken in butter, stir in soup and add fresh mushrooms

Cook on stove in skillet, turn over, lower heat for 20 minutes cook.
