Coffee Cake

Ingredients

1 stick butter melted

1 cup sugar

Combine ingredients

2 eggs

use a little more of a ½ pint of sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 cups flour

2 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup walnuts chopped

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoon sugar

Preheat oven to 350

Mix walnuts, cinnamon, and sugar, set aside.

Mix all other ingredients together to form the batter.

Flour and grease the baking pan

Pour half of batter into the pan, layer walnut mixture, then pour remaining batter

Bake for 45 minutes
