Chicken Rollatini

Ingredients

10 Boneless cut chicken breasts

Swiss Cheese

Proscuitto or Boiled Ham

Mozzarella

Flour

1 Stick butter

Bouillon cubes

Instructions

Roll Swiss cheese, proscuitto, and mozzarella; use toothpicks to hold them together. Dredge in flour, in heavy saute pan, melt butter, sauté breasts in butter until brown and place in casserole dish lined with parchment paper.

Take two chicken bullion cubs and 2 cups of hot water melt cubes. Put cubes in drippings and scrape pan. Strain over rollatini. Bake in oven at 350 for ½ hour
