Artichoke Pie

Ingredients

Deep dish pie

1 can artichoke hearts-pope

2 cloves garlic

6 eggs

8 oz. whole milk mozzarella

½ cup parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper


Instructions

Sauté garlic and artichoke hearts in oil until soft and mash together beat eggs and add the remaining ingredients, put top on.

Bake for 30 minutes at 375.

Wait 5-10 minutes before cutting.
