Chicken Divan

Ingredients

Large can collage inn chicken broth

½ lb. butter

1/3 cup for small can chicken broth

1 pint heavy cream

1 1/3 cup flour

5 heads broccoli

6 chicken split

9 tabs cooking sherry

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup grated parmesan cheese grated American cheese on top

Instructions

Cook broccoli in water

Chicken breasts cook 350 for hour

Melt butter blend in flour add chicken broth cook over low flame stir until thick, stir in cream sherry salt and white pepper and dash

Place broccoli crosswise pour ½ sauce over it put single layer of chicken on top of broccoli. Add parmesan cheese to remaining sauce. Then pour over chicken grated American cheese over top peperika for color back 350 ½ hour
