Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

Red Bell Peppers

1 pound of ground beef

Salt and pepper

3 eggs

Hand-full of cheese

Hand-full of bread crumbs

Instructions

Heat oven at 375

Cut top off of peppers, remove seeds.

Put oil in bottom of baking pan

Combine all other ingredients

Stuff mixture into peppers

Cook for 45 mins to an hour


Tip: you can put gravy on then cook 15 mins before you take out of oven.
